Recommended for a group getaway
One night, they served us a awesome breakfast, think fresh bread, various cheeses, and even some sparkling wine, I mean what a way to start the day right? And Mr Sebastian at the reception, he was very nice, helped us find a local spot for dinner and just had this way of making you feel like you're the only guest that matters.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still fitting for what you get.

Spacious beautiful room, large comfortable bed, in the bathroom there are many useful things: shampoo, shower gel, soap, lotions, all branded and very tasty smell, there is also a great new hair dryer. For some reason, we were given towels even more than necessary - comfortable. Every day we left 2 bottles of water for free, which is very convenient, especially on Sunday, when all shops are closed, and this very water is nowhere to buy. Breakfast is delicious and varied, the staff quickly replenish the food and clean up the tables. And in general, the staff is friendly, polite, all spoke good English and answered all our questions. The location of the hotel is convenient, there is a tram stop and a bit far from the subway, across the street bakery and shop. Relatively close to the good German restaurant Goerreshof Wirtshaus.
shower cubicle does not close, is separated by half glass, part of the water splashed on the floor - not very comfortable if you like to splash. temperature of the tap water above the sink may not have changed immediately. sheet on the bed was slightly torn in several places (probably already old), sheet itself and mattress underneath were clean, so it didn't bother us much. floor was pretty clean, if you look closer you can see dust and random hair in the corners. Breakfast for us ended early (before 10:30), at 10 was already very crowded.

The hotel was quite lovely with spacious, clean rooms and a fantastic breakfast. The noise from cleaning staff early in the morning was quite disruptive. The staff interaction could be hit or miss, which detracted from the experience somewhat.

Small room with simple furniture in strict contrasting style. Gray-brown carpeting on the floor. There are basic amenities as well as a kettle, built-in mini fridge, TV, safe. Battery heating under the window - individual. Usually it is off, if it is cold, you can turn it on by turning the regulator to the "4" or "5" position. In the bathroom plumbing is new, good firm, works. There is always on the ventilation in the exhaust duct, from her constant hum, at night it is not heard in the room. There is air conditioning, it is central (controlled air supply from the common channel), we did not turn it on. real plus of this hotel - breakfast - is very good. There's everything by standards that should be - and in excellent quality. Eggs, sausages, German sausages, salads, fruit, juices, natural yogurt. Good coffee beans. like a raisin on a cake, bucket of champagne on ice. Each time we wanted to taste it, each time we forgot about it - it was already quite good. Nice location, transport close by, two metro stops to the central railway station, Good location. Nearby museums - Pinakotheki, old one is obligatory to visit. If you want to have an active rest in the center, you can also walk past the same pinakotek.
In the bathroom, the ventilation grille, clogged with large lumps of dust, makes an unpleasant impression. It is located at the ceiling, which is probably why it is difficult for cleaners to clean it. The shower built into the wall is partially shielded from the rest of the space by thick glass, which does not cover the splash - if used carelessly, the water will also be on the floor.

I read a lot of reviews before I went on the trip. I want to say that the breakfasts here are really very good! Also the staff has always been helpful in all matters... About the change of bed. It turns out that if you want to have your bed changed more often than every 3-4 days, you can ask for it at reception. Also there you can ask for slippers, bathrobes, brushing kits and more. . . There's a tram stop near the hotel. But we didn't use it. There was a car... I read the reviews on the old and new hotel building. I asked for a room in the old one. That's what they did for us. But from the new building to the old one, it's literally five meters down the street. So it's not principal... The parking lot. There's an underground garage. But be prepared to torture the big car parking lot. Pretty tight parking spaces. But there are plenty of other parking spaces around here. I haven't really checked the width of the parking spaces for them. We always parked in our hotel parking lot. Sometimes it was a little hard to get out of the car. A little low on the location score. Still, it's not the center of town. It's a couple of miles to the center on foot. But it's not the outskirts either. So overall, the hotel justifies its four stars...

The location is a short walk from the tram station. The room was immaculate and cozy, just like the pictures. I loved the cute little courtyard for relaxation. And a nearby grocery store and coffee shop was a big bonus!

Classic benign European hotel, in general, everything is at a fairly high level - especially liked the comfortable beds, a kettle in the room with replenishing tea supplies (tea, coffee as you go), specific - between the bathroom and bedroom glass wall with a curtain that falls down if you want (remote control curtain next to the hair dryer). Excellent for its price (9.5 euro) breakfast. The location is very good, everything is within walking distance including the train station. If necessary and desirable there is a tram.
The room was taken from the street side, when the window is open it is noisy at night (but not critical), when it is closed it is not silent centralized air conditioning. The shower cubicle (room 414) has a clogged drain ( (((

spacious family accommodations, unique room designs, efficient and clear check-in process
Lack of effective air conditioning during summer months!!! Inferior sound insulation from both street noise and the cleaning staff!!! Incredibly cramped underground parking that felt impossible to navigate with luggage!!!

The breakfast was really good.
The cleanliness of the room was questionable. The location was not good for the average tourist who wants to do touristy things and doesn't have a car.

Very good breakfast. Large rooms.
Internet worked only one day and it's very poorly. Every day we heard at the reception the information: we have a problem with WiFi ! In the bathroom was a limited amount of shampoo.
